The owner came to my home and tried ONE time only to fix my clogged drain, AFTER demanding and receiving money, in cash, up front, which is contrary to the policy of First American, the company he was representing. He left without fixing anything. He returned later that afternoon, demanded another $150, and tried ONE time only to clear the clogged drain. He then said the next visit would be much more expensive because it would require much more work, even though another plumber fixed the exact same clogged sink displaying the exact same symptoms three years ago without any difficulty.
