I was referred to this place by a clinician at local rival salon Peaches N Cream (kind of funny that she would steer me away from PNC!). I had been going to PNC for *years* for waxing, and was tired of the constant price changes. I'd started spending $55 for the service, then it went to $65, then $85, and the very last time I went--$115!!! It was SO irritating because I would never know about the price until AFTER the service and I went up to the register to pay (even though the computer shows the history of what I'd paid). Prism worked with me to establish a once-and-for all price, so that no matter what clinician works with me, I get that price. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful and the service is every bit as good as PNC, if not better. :)
