The carpet I had ordered came in on time and was installed on the agreed day. I am sorry to say that the installers did such a bad job, I had to have another crew come out to fix their mistakes. The first crew damaged a closet door and the floor in my bathroom and entry. After showing the damaged areas to Alberto(2nd crew)I called the store and was given the# for the salesman who now works at the corporate office,after talking to him and being assured he would get back to me I haven't heard from anyone, that was June 19,08.
