I got a wash and it rained the next morning. I called and talked with the cashier and asked if they had a rainy day policy that if it rains within 24 hours of a wash that you can get a new wash. She said yas and that I would need to bring in my receipt. I did just that a week and a half later only to discover that they would not honor it because I needed to be back within 24 hours. She did not mention it and there was nothing on my receipt or in the car wash about it. They would not honor it to save a customer's future business. They were very unempathetic, especially the Manager. I paid for the wash and left only to discover that a piece from my alarm light on my dash board was missing. I tried to contact the General Manager 3 days afterward but after the girl asked who I was and why I was calling he was unable to answer the calls, EACH TIME! Buyer Beware...there are many great car washes but what would happen if you had a problem?

Amazing prices, Amazing wash, Amazing service, and a great selection of snacks and beverages. One of my favorite.

I realy had a bad experience at Bonita Country Car wash. First, I have to carry that big laminated ticket with me until my car is done. I had an appointment and the guy clening my car making a long conversation with his friend cleaning the other car. After my car was done, I was told I had to wait for three other cars to finish so I can get my car out. I looked for the manager every where and He said if a car blocked, the person had to wait, with the worst attitude. I can't beleive this is the operation of a business in the city of San Dimas in United States of America, and a business that has been operating for 12 years. The first thing I will do is never to go there. Sincerely, Angry Customer

We have been getting our company vehicles washed at the Bonita Country Car Wash for the past 12 years. They always do a great job! The detail department does excellent work also. They really know how to make your car sparkle. Thanks, INTELLI-TECH
