They are more modern than traditional Japanese restaurants. They have a very nice atmosphere as well. They definatly have some of the best rolls I have yet to savor. The best part is that unlike many Japanese resteraunts they do have a couple of mixed drinks that they serve. So there is something for non beer or non sake drinkers. :)
